Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

To ensure fair availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies.

More than 48 hours before the appointment

If a client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, they are entitled to a full refund or a one-time rescheduling of the appointment.

Between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment

If the appointment is cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled time, the client is entitled to a 50 percent refund of the treatment cost or a one-time rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment

If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be issued and rescheduling will not be possible.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend the scheduled appointment will be treated as a late cancellation. No refund or rescheduling will be possible.

Changing an Appointment

Appointment changes can only be requested via SMS message or phone call to +078 46726 244.
During treatments we may not always be able to answer calls immediately.

Vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase unless required by law.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment.

Late arrival up to 10–15 minutes

If a client arrives up to 10–15 minutes late:

  • the treatment will still take place
  • the treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for the next clients
  • the full treatment price remains unchanged

Late arrival over 15 minutes

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to:

  • cancel the appointment
  • refuse to perform the treatment if the delay would affect the schedule
