The Facial Room provides beauty and skincare treatments as described on the website.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for the period stated at purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be
exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Liability

The Facial Room is not responsible for results that do not meet personal expectations or for
technical issues beyond our control.
